Founding principle
Our Story
Allerton Glass & Glazing was founded in 1999 with a simple belief: that every home deserves windows and doors installed with the same care the owner would give themselves. What started as a two-person operation serving South Liverpool quickly earned a reputation that spread across Merseyside — and then further.
Over the following two decades, that reputation grew. Heritage restorations in Woolton. Contemporary new builds in Heswall. Multi-unit developments across the Wirral. Each project raised the bar. Each satisfied client became an advocate. Word of mouth became our most powerful marketing tool — and it still is today.
When we discovered RK Door Systems in 2020, something shifted. Here was a manufacturer whose obsession with quality matched our own. We became their North West partner, and AGG Exclusive Doors was born — a dedicated luxury division for clients who wanted something truly extraordinary.
Today, the AGG Group brings together three specialist divisions under one roof: Allerton Glass & Glazing for architectural glazing, AGG Exclusive Doors for premium entrance systems, and AGG Developments for large-scale projects. Three companies, one standard — and it's the one we set on day one.

Founded in Liverpool
Allerton Glass & Glazing opens its doors on Allerton Road, offering quality window and door installations to homeowners across South Liverpool.
2006
FENSA Registration
Achieving FENSA certification as a registered installer, guaranteeing every installation meets Building Regulations standards.
2012
Secured by Design
Awarded Secured by Design certification by the UK Police, recognising our commitment to security-focused installations.
2020
RK Door Systems Partnership
Becoming an official RK Door Systems partner — bringing German-engineered entrance doors to the North West for the first time.
2019
AGG Exclusive Doors Launches
A dedicated luxury division is born, specialising in high-end entrance doors, steel partitions and architectural glazing for premium properties.

Reynaers Alliance
Partnering with Belgian aluminium innovators Reynaers to offer Hi-Finity sliding systems, slim-profile bi-folds and precision-engineered window systems.
